Hi, I’m Sandie a qualified Ishta Spinal Touch and Myofascial Release Practitioner and Reflexologist.
               Sandie
Following a road traffic accident in 2004, I felt I needed to make some changes to my life and started to have serious thoughts about what I wanted to do. I began to look at the various options open to me and it took a while to find the right path. I had always been interested in complementary therapies and after sampling a few different ones, I came across Reflexology. I found that this treatment really helped me to overcome the problems that the accident had caused that I decided I had to become a Reflexologist to help others with their health problems.

Later a friend introduced me to Ishta Spinal Touch and again after experiencing the treatment for myself, and finding myself pain free for the first time in years, I decided that this therapy was one that I had to learn and I trained with Ishta in 2008 and have now completed advanced courses also.  To enhance the treatments I already provide, I have trained in Myofascial Release with Ruth Duncan and am finding this to be a most beneficial treatment in terms of long established problems, pain and restrictions for our clients.

Hi, I’m Mark a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Spinal Touch and Myofascial Release Practitioner.
                                        Mark

A few years ago I discovered the benefits of Reflexology when my wife, Sandie, had a course of treatment following a road traffic accident. I became fascinated by it and wanted to learn more, so I took ITEC courses in Anatomy and Physiology and Reflexology at the Athena School of Natural Therapies. I felt a real sense of fulfilment when after treating clients they came back telling me of the improvements in their health. After completing the Reflexology course I became interested in Remedial and Sports Massage as I felt this would be another way to help people with both health and injury problems and, in relation to sportsmen and women, with their performance. I studied for an ITEC qualification in Remedial and Sports Massage at the East Midlands College in Derby. I have attended both swimming and running events as a Sports Massage Therapist to improve competitors’ performance and aid their recovery.  Since that time I have become extemely interested in the remedial side of therapy and have since trained in Spinal Touch and Myofascial Release, both powerful and unique therapies, which provide our clients with amazing pain relief, improved movement and they find that they are able to enjoy life once again.
