"Following a full hysterectormy in 2010, I developed an internal infection
which took 3 months of medication to eradicate. During this time I was
diagnosed as having Irritable Bowel Syndrone (IBS). From June 2010 to
July 2011 I was on medication in an attempt to control this problem. By
June of this year (2011) I was reluctant to leave home, as I had to be
constantly close to a toilet, for reasons I can only leave to your imagination if
I may!

I begin to get my life back:
At the beginning of July 2011, I shared my problem with a friend -
she asked if I had ever thought about complementary healthcare,

Following a chat with Sandie, I had the first of four sessions of Reflexology and,
from the first session (14th July 2011), the pain disappeared together with many
of the symptoms! After more than 12 months of being on medication, I took my
last tablet on 22nd July 2011 and I have not had any further attacks of IBS -
I have got my life back!

In telling the above to family and friends, some have looked incredulous
(or, at least, not too sure). My son, Jonathan, who lives in Glasgow, asked many
questions and actually said he found it hard to appreciate that all the treatment
was done on my feet - but all the benefits were elsewhere in my body!

In writing this today, I also realise that it may sound too good to be true,
but it is my true experience and I can only count my blessings every day, not only
