We incorporate the hot stones into our holistic and remedial massages. Firstly, a traditional massage, either holistic or remedial dependant upon the client's needs, is carried out. Then the massage is continued using the hot stones. This wonderful treatment is given to relax, restore and engergizes the body by reducing aches in muscles and joints, increasing circulation and increasing lymphatic function which helps flush out waste products from the body. The stones are used to bring a deep, soothing effect, reduce tension, relaxing the muscles and, therefore the body, allowing it to recover from trauma more easily and bring a feeling of wellbeing and restoration.

Massage using hot stones has been performed for hundreds of years to address the many levels of healing necessary to help restore balance to the mind, body and soul.

First Treatment

A full medical history will be taken before the first treatment, so please allow an extra ½ hour for this for your first visit.

Treatments:

Neck, Shoulders and Upper Back - 35 - 40 minutes
Full Back (includes whole of back, neck, shoulders and hips) - 1 hour
Legs - 25 - 30 minutes
