REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Remedial massage has become one of the most important factors in the lives of millions of people today no matter what their age. Once thought of as a treatment only for sports injuries, remedial massage has proved itself to be beneficial for all types of complaints and conditions from muscular injuries to headaches and stress.
Remedial massage works deeper in the tissues than the usual relaxing massage and its effects deeper and longer lasting. Using specialised massage and gentle stretching techniques to break down scar tissue and encourage circulation and healing to the muscles of the body. In our experience, it is particularly effective for neck, shoulder, lower back and leg problems to name but a few. Each massage treatment is specifically designed to suit the client’s individual needs and those needs are reviewed at each treatment session.

First Treatment
At the initial treatment session a full assessment and medical history will be taken for each client, so please allow 1½ hour for this treatment session. Each subsequent treatment will take approximately ¾ - 1 hour.
